Y & Li Acupuncture Herbal Medicine Clinic is a modern clinical practice that was established in 2015. We have a combined wealth of knowledge and experience that spans over 4 generations. Our focus is to provide safe, comfortable and effective treatments for a variety of modern health concerns & conditions, by taking a natural, holistic, evidence-based approach to looking after the body.

All our practitioners are nationally registered and members of professional associations.

Michelle Li
Coming from a solid family background in Eastern Medicine, Michelle's passion for health and wellbeing started at an early age. Having experienced and seen the numerous benefits that Eastern medicine offered for both her friends and family, whether it was for acne, weight management or poor sleep, she realised that it could provide significant benefits for the rest of the community too. During her clinical training in Universtiy of Technology Sydney (UTS) and Sydney Insititute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (SITCM), she has seen that Western medicine has certain limitations, regarding side effects, dependence and non-individualised treatment.

Michelle is committed to delivering the same positive experiences she had with Eastern medicine, to the rest of her clients. She practises both herbal medicine and acupuncture. Her current special interests are skin conditions, women's health/ gynaecology, and digestive conditions.

Michelle's passion for health extends beyond Chinese Medicine, and is currently studying a Masters of Chiropractic at Macquarie University, to further explore the benefits of different natural non-invasive treatments, for optimal functional health.
